Bad service
Hi, This medium build, bald Asian guy stop me constantly for a cheap phone, he is dangerous in Hollywood,CA. When I go to a coffee, he pop in; also other places and occasions.
He got my address, medicare card, following around. Let me call his service phone number, but never a phone.
He works for your company with a white van.

Poor Customer Service
These people not only harassed me to join them, but they also forced me to give them money for a better service, and they cut me off from my other phone program as well.

Disconnect phone service
Phone is not good anymore. Phone doesn't work some areas.

I could barely get anyone at customer care or customer service to help me at all. Customer care didn't help me wasn't there department issue or whatever. Lol customer service no better.
Miniature my phone out to the wrong not the wrong address but they send it out to the United States postal service for delivery and I didn't know that that was what they were doing to do I thought you UPS is going to bring it to my home or something but I don't have a mailbox at my home I get my my postal mail at the if the postal service so I don't get residential delivered out here and so they sent it back and I got a hold of them and they're going to send it back again and man for two weeks 3 weeks almost that's all I've heard you know what I'm saying and now they're telling me that I got to reapply because you know it's just ridiculous man you know what I'm saying to get a phone card you should not have to ever ever go through that much trouble and it's just I would never mess with them again.
Preferred solution: The phone and sim card I was supposed to get originally without all the hassle and employees telling me 5 different versions...

Deceptive door to door salesmen
Two salesmen just came to the low-income complex where I live. They knocked on all the doors, yelling 'drop off, delivery.' In my opinion, this is a very deceptive way to get people to open their doors. If a business uses deception to get you to open your door, they are not to be trusted.
Preferred solution: Stop to deceptive sales practice.

I never reseaved my info I needed I asked for it to be email or texted but nothing now I'm lost on what to do next inorder to portvmy number over the phone people are not very good at the moment but you can get some coffee and then be home in time to try again

Phone was stolen
Your people at tru connect told me I didnt have the phone long enough.now I don't have a phone and it probably been go 3 tooling to even track or get another phone

Never received a phone or service.
They approved me 2 months ago. Gave me a phone number via email for a phone I never received.
They can even check that the phone number was never used and no device was ever activated.
No customer service this was 2 months ago still it through the government program. I'm sure the government is getting charged for the phone and service that never existed.
