My phone is no longer working. I can't make phone calls texts or anything. Says that my number is no longer active and my sim card no longer works

How do I deactivate my phone it was stolen & I really need a replacement only means if communicating i have please & ty...

Greetings! I've called customer care twice this week, Monday and Thursday regarding the 8GB of data that is approved and should be automatically credited to my account.

This transaction is to expedited since this problem occurred last month as well. It's been 5 business days now, still no data.

Please advise as to why this transaction is taking 5 days to simply add data to my account? Respectfully, Dianne Johnson

Where is my data??? Have unlimited data or so im told but have none as of the 1st yesterday. Everything was fine then i had to restart and nothing since then!

How can I disconnect my service? I do not need the service anymore. I have phone line with the company and I would like to disconnect the service.

Am I allowed to suspend TruConnect service for 2 months, while on overseas vacation, in the Philippine Islands?

How can I access my voicemail from another phone? Is there a direct number at which I can check my voicemail?

My phone is saying out of service when I try to call or use the internet or if someone trys to call me also my phone account login in will also not work it's saying no account with phone

I put it on charge while I got dressed , it was on doing fine, normal. But when I picked it back up like maybe 30 min.

Later, it was of and hasn't turned back on sense!??!!... IDK, I TRIED AND TRIED it just died with factory causes, lol .

Really can I get a replacement on it?? And what do I do???

I leaned over to sit down in my Chase lounge and my phone came out of my pocketSlide off off my Chase lounge and hit the floor and broke. Now the screen is not on and I need a new replacement phone
