I ATTEMPTED to give my opinion concerning your Customer Service, I was Unavailable to enter my comment. To my immediate problem.

I received a new phone within the past week, initially it worked fine, as of 3 days ago I've lost service to my phone 313-449-****. I haven't been able to contact a REAL service representative to resolve this problem, and I NEED the phone for work purposes. I estimate I've lost $300-$500 in the past 3 days.

I'd like to receive a return call at 313-727-**** between 2-6pm eastern time zone. Thank you, Pissed off Customer

What a joke. I seriously cringe every time I have to contact them. Takes forever to get to speak with a real person. When you’re finally connected, they’re are very short and vague in response.
