Barely worked from day 1. Charger or port damage, OMG!

I've been trying and waiting to get this phone unlocked and get my service up and running. And yesterday, I finally got it all working and I was good.
My phone is my job. But this morning I wake up to my service off!!! I've been dealing with this b.s too long, and am VERY upset and disappointed in your service and hope that you guys can fix this issue so I can get back to working and keep in contact with all my doctors!!

Need my number changed because I got people hustling me and getting to the point now that it's getting very irritating and very I feel like if I could strengthen and make him stop it would be great

I do not want your service. My home phone was shut off after I got your service, so I do not want to have this True Connect any longer. Please disconnect my service as of today, July 23, 2024.

When I try to make a call it said I have no mobile data.I Jamie Gordon would like you to explain why my service told me I would have unlimited mobile data but I have none. You have disconnected a 58-year-old multi-stroke victim from receiving any medical assistance. I do hope you reconnect my service by Tuesday, June 11th, before I end up in the hospital again.

User's recommendation: Never live in a remote area ... where usps can't locate you and you are at the mercy of strangers or rather racist gang members. I have filled out paperwork and every month they have a complaint about my foodstuffs or my SSI why? Because I'm in the desert.
You turned my service off because someone applied for a phone with your service . I did not do this!!! In turn my service got turned off & now I have no phone no service. I'm screwed because of this.
Service turned off without my knowing because someone applied for another service in my name.so y'all cut me off & now I'm without service & phone
I received a true connect phone the service is good but the phone the gave me is not it got too hot busted open and I called customer service they wanted to charge me $80 for a free phone
Make sure those cloud phones are safe so they won't harm the elderly it could cause some serious damage

Avoid TruConnect
The Cloud phone is slower than my very first Ericson bar phone in the 90s. Unlimited data my *** 3 days and they claimed to throttle it down but they pretty much killed my service.
I couldn't receive texts, my phone never notifies me when a call or text come in. Screen calibration sucks too.i want to smash this worthless phone!

I recently left TruConnect for a day, then reapplied with TruConnect yesterday. I want to keep my current phone number, (330) 701-****. It was only deactivated for 24 hours.

In 7 to 10 days Customer service is sending me a replacement sim card to use in my unlocked smartphone instead of a replacement phone
Im an Angry consumer go with a different company if your phone breaks or gets lost/Stolen they don't replace it but at least a new sim card is free

- That my new phone worked for 1 day then quit reading sim card
- Fact defective devices dont get replaced

Can't make calls
My problem is that I can't even call you. That's my problem since the network is not available. I can't call you or customer service.
